冷凍式干燥機是利用冷凍原理制成的壓縮空氣除水凈化設備，來自管網上游含有大量飽和水汽的壓縮空氣經過冷卻處理后，絕大部分水蒸汽冷凝成液態水滴，經氣水分離后被除去，所獲的干燥壓縮空氣能夠滿足絕大部分工業的需要，與吸附式干燥機不同的是，冷凍式干燥機在除水過程中，能順便除去壓縮空氣中的一部分油霧。它對壓縮空氣的前置預處理要求沒吸附式干燥機那樣嚴格。冷凍干燥機由于工作可靠、管理方便、運行費用低廉而成為各行業空壓站房凈化設備的首選機種。

    Refrigerated compressed air dryer is a water removing and purification device ,which use the principle of refrigerating. Saturated compressed air coming from upstream Pipe is cooled .Most condensated water is drained after being seperated with gas .Dried compressed air then can meet most industrial requirements. Compared to desiccant absorptive compressed air dryer , refrigerated one can remove part of the oil mist in compressed air ,and  requirment for lead pretreatment is not as strict as desiccant one . For its reliabilty 、convenient management and loww cost , it becomes a first choice for purification equipment in air compressor station in various industries .

   冷凍式干燥機本質上是一種熱交換設備，任何型式的冷凍式干燥機都是由空氣熱交換系統、制冷系統、氣水分離系統及電氣控制系統等部分組成。制冷系統由冷媒壓縮機、蒸發器、冷凝器及節流組件（毛細管或膨脹閥）等組成。含有大量水蒸汽的壓縮空氣主要在蒸發器里完成汽—液冷凝相變，在氣水分離器里完成液態水的凝聚與排出。從而獲得干燥的壓縮空氣。所以制冷系統的工作狀況直接決定了冷凍式干燥機的運行情況，而氣水分離器的結構與效率對成品氣的干燥程度（用壓力露點來表示）有至關重要的影響。空氣熱交換器的設計關系到冷凍式干燥機的節能運行，并使壓縮空氣成品氣不致于在機器出口管道內結露。

    Essentially , it is a kind of heat exchanger device . All types are composed by air heat exchanger 、refrigerating system 、condensator and Throttling components ( capillary 、expansion valve) . Gas and liquid state exchange is mainly realized in condensator where liquid water condensate before being drained . Therefore , working condition of refrigerating system directly decide the dryer’s working condition , while the structure and efficiency of gas liquid separator affect the dew point of outlet compressed air . Design of air heat exchanger affect the dryer’s energy saving operation ,and also prevent the outlet compressed air from moisture condensation

    按制冷系統中冷凝器工作時的冷卻方式的不同，冷凍式干燥機可分為風冷式與水冷式兩種。

Classified by refrigerating way of condensator in refrigerating system , there are two types of refrigerated compressed air dryers : water cooled and wind cooled .

    當進氣溫度過高時，飽和水蒸汽含量急劇升高，此時必須對進氣預先降溫后才能進入冷干機的制冷系統。通常在冷干機前增加后部冷卻器，當進氣溫度≥45℃時可選用本公司高溫型冷干機。

When inlet air temperature is too high , saturated water mist content will increase sharply . On this case , inlet air must be Cooled before entering dryer .Usually a after cooler is needed before dryer ,users can choose high temperature refrigerated compressed air dryer if the inlet air is not less than 45℃ ,.

    冷干機主要由三大部分構成：氣路系統、制冷系統、電氣控制系統

Refrigerated compressed air dryer is mainly composed by three parts: Pneumatic system 、refrigeration system、electric control system
1. Pneumatic system is mainly composed by air-air heat exchanger 、condensator and gas liquid separator .

（1）空氣－空氣換熱器air-air heat exchanger

本公司提供空氣換熱器采用板翅式換熱器。

HOLYSUN provides air heat exchanger with fin type heat exchanger.

 （2）氣水分離器gas liquid separator

    壓縮空氣在蒸發器中被強制冷卻后，有大量的冷卻水析出。顆粒水珠在作水平運動時，由于懸浮速度小于空氣氣速（重力作用），因此在蒸發器中就被分離，而細小的水珠懸浮速度大于空氣流速而被帶出蒸發器。本公司生產的冷干機在蒸發器末端，除裝有常規的擋板外，另外裝有旋風分離器。它利用離心分離原理，當壓縮空氣通過氣水分離器內的特制擋板后發生急速旋轉，液態水被甩出并沿筒壁下流經排水口排出，充分降低吸干機的入口含水量。

    A lot of  condensated water are drained after the compressed air in the evaporator is refrigerated . Water particles is seperated in evaporator when doing horizontal movement ( because its suspended velocity is less than gravity ). While Small water is taken from

evaporator (because suspension speed is more  than gravity ) .At the bottom of the HOLYSUN evaporator ,there is unique cyclone separator beside of common baffle . It uses centrifugal separation principle, when compressed air flow through the baffle in gas liquid separator , compressed air rapidly spin, liquid water was left out and  flows along inner until being drained, therefore fully reduce of the moisture content of

entrance of the desiccant dryer.

2、制冷系統refrigeration system

（1）制冷壓縮機Refrigeration compresso

制冷壓縮機是冷凍式干燥機的動力源及心臟，為確保產品可靠和穩定的使用效果，避免壓縮機漏氟，我公司使用丹佛斯美優樂的全封閉制冷壓縮機和臺灣漢鐘的半封閉螺桿壓縮機。

It is dryer’s heart and power producer which ensure reliability and steady effect . To avoid compressors leaking fluorine , we use DANFOSS Maneurop hermetically sealed compressor and TAIWAN Hanbell  hermetic screw compressor .

 （2）冷凝器water cooled condenser    

冷凝器采用板式，結構緊湊，傳熱效率比管殼式換熱器高，板片材料可選用304、316L和SM0254材料，具有耐腐蝕的優點。

The cooling condenser adopt plate type, compact structure, heat transfer efficiency is better than tubular heat exchanger, users can choose 304, 316 L and SM0254 for plate material, it has the advantages of corrosion resistance. in Chinese condensator industry .

（3）干燥過濾器Drying filter  DANFOSS

由于R22的吸水性很小，很少的水份都易在毛細管（膨脹閥）中析出而結冰，從而堵塞，因此R22在進入毛細管（膨脹閥）前必須干燥處理，由于毛細管（膨脹）的孔徑都很小，易臟堵，故還必須過濾雜質

Because the water imbibition of R22 is very small .Only few water are prone to  separate out and then freezes  in capillary (expansion valves) , therefore R22 must be dried before entering  capillary (expansion valves), because pore diameter of capillary (inflation) are small, easy dirty transport, we have to filter impurities.

 

（4）節流裝置  throttling device   DANFOSS

本公司采用的節流裝置為國際知名品牌丹麥丹佛斯公司生產的TKEX系列外平衡式熱力膨脹閥，用于調節注入到蒸發器中的制冷劑液體的流量并降低其壓力，注入量由制冷劑的過熱度來控制，其出口制冷劑的過熱度和負荷成比例，TKEX系列熱力膨脹閥具有以下特點：

Throttling device  holysun use is  the balanced thermal valve from international famous brand Denmark danfoss TKEX series , it is used to adjust flow rate of refrigerant liquid into evaporator and also reduce the pressure . Refrigerant injectivity is controlled by degree of superheat , The outlet refrigerant degree of superheat and load are  in proportion. TKEX series thermal valve has the following features:

① 溫度范圍從-25℃~-10℃，任意調整特別適合于冷干機工作工況。The temperature range from 25 ℃ ~-10-℃, any adjustment particularly suitable for work conditions of refrigerated compressed air dryer .

② 過熱度可調，能和所有蒸發器匹配，充分發揮蒸發器的效能。 the superheat degreee is adjustable, can match with all kinds of evaporators, help to realize full efficiency of the evaporator.

③ 專利的雙接觸溫度探頭（通過壓力和溫度感應）使制冷劑注入蒸發器的流量和負荷始終恒定，且安裝方便和有良好的傳熱效果。 the patented double contact temperature probe (by the pressure and temperature sensing) make then the refrigerant flow and load into the evaporator always constant, and also turn out to have  convenient installation and  good heat transfer effect.

④ 可換式熱力原件。 changable original thermal components

 （5）汽化器vaporizer  FUCO

由于蒸發器回汽中還留有部分液態制冷劑。為了防止壓縮機吸入液態氟利昂造成液積，故本公司在壓縮機回汽口前加裝汽化器，以確保壓縮機的使用壽命。

There are some liquid refrigerant  in the evaporator. In order to prevent compressor from liquid accumulation, after Inhaled liquid freon .holysun add vaporizer before back orifice of compressor to ensure that the service life of the compressor

 （6）熱氣旁通閥  heat bypass valve  DANFOSS

熱氣旁通閥是一種恒壓閥，可根據吸氣壓力的變化，對制冷壓縮機進行部分卸載，以適應熱負荷的變化，減少壓縮機的開停次數，并使蒸發器內不致于結冰。

Heat bypass valve is a constant pressure valves,  according to pressure changes of inlet air .It reduce pressure of  the refrigerating compressor in order to reduce times of starting and  stopping dryer compressor , And avoid  freezing .in the evaporator .

 （7）自動排水器auto drain喬克JOCK

本公司生產的冷干機和過濾器配套有自動排水器，能自動排去其積存的污水，本公司使用的是本公司特制自動排水器和荷蘭喬克的電子排水器。（也可根據可戶要求選擇其余品牌）。

holysun‘s refrigerated compressed air dryer and filters are all configurate with the automatic drain, which can automatically release  its stockpile of sewage, holysun itself produce  the special automatic drain, and also use the Dutch JOCK electronic drainage device. (users can also choose other brands )
